After locating the morning Crows and watching for a while, set up my iPhone on a portable and lightweight MeFoto tripod and activated the time-lapse setting.  In light of cold temp at 28F and 16F wind chill, made sure to attach my portable MyCharge phone charger, and let charger attached to iPhone.  This time-lapse video captures about 30 minutes of action from 6:15AM until sunrise at 6:43AM.  Notice how the scene goes from many Crows perched in the trees to hardly a Crow left at sunrise.  This tends to be the normal pattern in the morning. The intensity of the vocalizations about 30 minutes prior to sunrise is amazing.  The loud calling diminishes to almost nothing by sunrise.  All great stuff….enjoy!
